whoiscn,可以理解成cn是谁,或谁是cn,cn当然是中国呵,
whois还有一个含义,那就是域名信息查询的意思,域名的whois,就是有关这个域名的所有信息.
有关域名信息可以在http://www.wwwfox.net/whois.htm
如whoiscn.com的whois信息如下：

如果我注册了一个china.com或chinese.com,你们觉得怎么样？
这两个域名，恐怕花几十万也买不到呵．
whoiscn.com，其结果就是＂中国＂，虽然远不如上面那两个域名，但也是有一定的意义呵．
至于这个域名的用途，现在还没有考虑好．

以后大家遇到wwwfox.net不能访问本站时，可以用whoiscn.com试试看，这两个域名都指向这里，只是DNS不一样。
前段时间出现wwwfox.net不能解析的情况，如果用whoiscn.com来访问，就可能没有问题了！
