- in SETUP added parameter 'AHCI allowed speed limit'
   - change allowable speed of the SATA/AHCI interface
- new command line parameters (see HDAT2 /?):
   /x=12 'disable test LOG'
   /x=13 'enable INT13h IDENTIFY DEVICE' (this could hang!)
   /U=x 'Detect AHCI WAIT timeout' in x-milliseconds

本程序不能在Windows下以DOS模式运行，只能在真正的DOS系统下运行。
